Stonewall made Captain yesterday! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the ceremony. Last time he was promoted (1LT) he was in Iraq, so I didn't get to see that ceremony either. Maybe one of these days he'll get promoted while he's in the USA and I'll get to actually be there to congratulate him with a hug and kiss (plus some). Oh well.

It's no fun when you miss the promotion. I've missed the LT junior grade and the LT promotions for my hubby too. (same as 1LT and Captain) I'm assuming I'll miss the Lt Cdr promotion. :) Congrats!
I have yet to see one of my husband's too. Hopefully one day I can be there too!

Congrats! I got to see Beowulf's promotion to 1LT, but I'm kinda hoping that his CPT one happens overseas, 'cause that would mean he'd get it sooner rather than later, and that would be pretty cool in my book.
