First of all, I LOVE that the words Code of Conduct are in quotes in this article. I mean, just say "Taliban Code of Conduct" out loud with air quotes. Does your voice automatically take on that, "Um, yeah, sure" *wink, wink* tone? Because mine does.
My favorite part though is that included in the "Code" is the issue of suicide attacks.
The Taliban is limiting the use of suicide attacks.
I know, I know. Collective groan from the terrorists. You can no longer just blow yourself and many others up whenever you feel like it because it goes against the "Code".
F'in "Code".
It's a good thing terrorists are so good at following rules and laws or else this "Code" wouldn't be worth the paper it was printed on.
Well, on the bright side some of you terrorists are now free (not mention alive) for a lovely round of golf next week. Watch out for those sand traps.

nice...
Actually mark brought this up last week because they were discussing it in his command class. It seems the military thinks this might be an issue because it shows an effort towards organization. Who knows how much creedance can be put in that.
A terrorist code of conduct. Wow what an oxymoron.
The Taliban in general just creeps me out. I don't know whether to laugh (which I did) about them having a code of conduct, or to be slightly scared that they're getting organized as Sara mentioned. *sigh*
ROFL! Love your view on this! I guess even terrorists can *try* to be civilized...but even that is too hypocritical for me to handle.
I love it when stuff like that is in quotes.
Who would have thought??? Taliban and code of conduct in the same sentence? What is the world coming to?!
Seriously?!? Wow. That's all we need now....
LOL, giel you did a great job with this one! "Code" yeah...whatever.
well said
No other words but "wow"--a code of conduct for killing others and wreaking havoc! Makes no sense.
