Stonewall and I currently have enough funds for one plane ticket. Slowly, but surely our exotic Grand Caymanian vacay is getting closer!

We need to start one. I keep getting on offdutytravel.com and pricing trips. I'm hoping we get to go early summer. But we're staying in the US for this trip.
We want to go to Austin, TX and stay at his uncle's lake house. And also to Montana to visit one of his Army buddies.

I went there on a cruise a few years ago and it was awesome! You guys will have so much fun when you get there ;)
But as for me I would love to go to Hawaii and visit my bff who is stationed there with her hubby. Talk about a vacation!!!!!
I just love your blog! My hubby goes to MEPS tomorrow in hopes of joining the Guard. Finally a blog that doesn't put down the efforts of Guard members. Anyway I envy your ability to save funds! I would love nothing more than to save up for a much needed family vacay!
It's funny you asked that because I have had Tahiti on the brain lately. Mark and I are avid scuba divers and recently I've been begging him to forget his current career path so we can try to get stationed at Hawaii. He asked "Where could we visit from Hawaii?" and I said "Tahiti and Bora Bora". Now I can't stop thinking about it!
