And, go figure, I practically have a flipbook to show you all....
It all started on a lovely "Spring is finally here!" day. Lil Mootz and I were outside enjoying the last of the warm day...
"Hi Mum-mum!" (Lil Mootz doesn't really talk yet, but I'm pretty sure this is what he was saying...)
"Hi baby! Smile for the camera!"
"Whatch doin' down there? Can I come down too?"
"Just make cute faces for the camera, handsome man."
"Help me down, Mum-mum. Take my hand and help me down the steps."
"Keep looking as adorable as you are, so I can take more pictures."
"Fine. If you won't help me, I'll just go down these concrete steps all by myself."
"Wait! Just one more picture!"
I'm sure you can guess what happened next. Believe it or not, deep down, there is a mommy who cares and I threw down my camera just as Lil Mootz was throwing his face into the concrete, so I was able to offer some aid as the tears started flowing.
Of course, the next day I had to document my failure as a momma...
"Are you serious woman? You didn't get enough pictures yesterday?"
Thank goodness there was no love lost and my Lil Mootz is still smiling for me.

Oh, my! My eldest was bitten by a dog on her first Thanksgiving afternoon. She was 9 months old. Spent all of Turkey Day in the ER. But she's OK now!
