Thursday 13: Florida Fun!

For my Thursday 13 this week I thought I would share with you all my favorite 13 photos from our Florida vacation.

1. 

Lil Mootz did very well on the airplane.  As predicted, I kept him fussy free with cookies!  He also enjoyed looking out the window.  Although, at one point he tried to convince me there was a truck outside of the plane….when we were 30,000 feet in the air.

Lil Mootz didn’t want to wait until he got his swim trunks on to go swimming.  He ran into the pool and his GG (my grandma) joined him.

Meg caught a shark when we went fishing.  We think it’s a hammerhead shark.  Anyone know for sure?

After fishing we picked Lil Mootz and Grandma up to go get lunch.  Lil Mootz was all ready to go with his life vest and hat.

After lunch Captain Mootz got us home safe and sound.

We ate dinner at a restaurant on the beach.  After dinner, Lil Mootz played in the sand and watched the sunset.

Lil Mootz also loved playing in the water at the beach after dinner.  Once again, no swim trunks, but that didn’t stop him.  He loved jumping the waves and letting the water splash him!

Lil Mootz loved looking at the animals, especially the gorillas, at Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Mom and Meg beside the Hogwart’s Express.  We took a day to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios/Adventure Island.  It, unfortunately, was not as exciting as they make it out to be.

We went to the dog races on Saturday evening.  Meg and Pap were the big winners of the night and Mom and I both broke about even.

After going to the beach and watching the NASCAR race, Lil Mootz and Pap were tuckered out and needed a nap.

Lil Mootz kept himself busy on the plane ride home playing with his stickers.
