I've already shared several of my favorite Christmas activities with you all on days 2 and 9 because most of my favorite activities are traditions that we do every year.
Like I already mentioned I love decorating our house for Christmas. Some of my favorite Christmas decorating memories though are of decorating my Pap and Grandma's tree for Christmas.
For as long as I can remember, every year we would spend an evening at my grandparent's house decorating and singing and dancing to holiday music. We stopped that tradition several years ago and every year I miss it. My grandparents are not going to be here forever and I am so thankful that I have been able to create these special memories with them. I wouldn't trade them for anything...the memories or my grandparents.
I'm hoping Lil Mootz can one day say that he has the same memories and relationship with his grandparents. That's why this year we're going to his Mimi and Pap-pap's house to continue the tradition of decorating and singing and dancing. I hope that he looks forward to this evening of merrymaking every Christmas the same way I used to. I also hope that, like me, these become some of his favorite memories.

Thanks for sharing! We just decorated my husbands moms tree yesterday, it's a great tradition!
We call my grandparents Pap-pap and Mam-mam. It's so neat to hear others use those terms,theyaren't popular her in the south. Great Memories!
I always help my grandma decorate her tree!
