Lil Mootz's First Valentine's Day Card Exchange!

I am so pumped for Valentine's Day this year!  This is the first year Lil Mootz is handing out Valentine's Day cards to his friends at daycare and I'm so excited about it!

I considered helping Lil Mootz make his own cards.  They I decided that really he would scribble for about five minutes and then I would spend the next 2 hours making the cards.  Next, I decided I would just go down to Tar-jay and pick out some really cute Valentine's Day cards.  Then I remembered that "really cute" and "store bought" Valentine's Day cards don't really go together.  And if I happened to be lucky enough to fund that one super cute box of cards, then so had several other moms.  And I like to be an original. Er...I mean, Lil Mootz likes to be an original.

So I finally decided to order some cards from Tinyprints.  I was worried it would be too expensive to order cards online, but I was wrong. (It does happen on occasion...)  They have so many adorable V-Day cards for kids I had a really hard time choosing Lil Mootz's very first Valentine's Day cards.  Here are some of my favorites:

1. Owlways Friends  2. Smart Swimmer  3. Mouse Crush  4. Puppy Prints
5. Ahoy, Valentine!  6. Friend Meter  7. Big Hug  8. Tail Wagger
After much debate I finally decided on these bad boys...

You're A Hoot
Aren't they adorable? I think I might get some lollipops or something to tape to them.  As I recall the cards with goodies attached to them were always the best.  I'm so excited for Lil Mootz to hand them out at daycare on Friday!

Those are adorable! I'm being totally cheap and crafty this year. We are going to print some off online for free...and then get some black felt and make mustache and put them on lolipops. But...I still need to do it. I have a list of things to do a mile long!
