Another week gone by, another Friday of Wifey's...
1. Since most of the country has had nasty weather, what has your weather been like this week?
Well, let's see now...snow, ice, snow, ice, ice, ice and probably more snow tomorrow. Oh, and it's cold. Snow and ice would much more pleasant if that weren't accompanied by temperatures in the single digits.
2. What is/are your best money saving tip(s)?
Don't spend it....
3. What was your favorite vehicle you’ve ever owned?
A Jeep Wrangler from my junior year in high school through my sophomore year in college. It was hot. I forget the year...I think 1989...but it was before they started making the boxy looking roll bars. The back seat roll bar was angled. Basically, if you were in the back seat and we rolled, it was nice knowing ya. It was a burgundy colored and had a chrome grill and gold rims. I had a sound bar and neoprene seat covers. It was so nice to be able to put the top down during warm weather. It was slow as all get-out. I was lucky if I made it to 60 mph, but I loved that Jeep.
4. What is a question you’d like to see asked in a future fill-in? (Your question and blog just may appear one week!)
I've missed so many weeks I'm not sure what's already been asked and answered. Hmmm...okay, let's go with: You find out Willy Wonka is your father, what 3 course meal do you INSIST he create in that stick of gum?
5. Fill in the blank: You might be a MilSpouse if….
(I will be including some of your answers in a future post (with a link to your blog, of course!)
...your husband has more boots than you have shoes.
...you have a love/hate relationship with Murphy.
...you refer to everyone not carrying a military ID card as a civilian.
...you know all the last names of who your husband works with, but rarely their first names or gender.
...you use a POA...whether your husband is deployed or standing in the next room.
...you love the military...no, you hate it....wait, you love it....damn you military!...military, you complete me...Ef you military and the tank you rolled in on...you think the military rocks...the military can suck it...
Everyone have a great snow and ice free weekend!

I think you forgot to mention a very important fact in #3... like who that Jeep really belonged to??
But don't worry, I'll fill all your readers in... It was winter, the year before I turned 16. I desperately wanted a Jeep Wrangler. My parents, being totally awesome, buy my a 1989 Burgandy Jeep Wrangler, with a chrome grill, gold rims and a sound bar. I loved it and even tho I was only 15 and couldn't drive yet, I went and bought some pretty cool neoprene seat covers for it, getting it ready for myself. And then 2 things happen. 1- The idiots running this state decide to change the driving age from 16 to 16 1/2 and 2- My idiot boyfriend at the time totals my sister's Jeep Cherokee which he borrowed for 1 day. So guess what happens? Amusing Mommy decides to adopt her 15 year old sister's totally awesome 1989 Burgandy Jeep Wrangler. But it all worked out.. I got an even awesome-r 1992 Blue Wrangler when I turned 16 :)
You are one of the funniest people I know. LOVE the question for #4, I hope we see that soon! And your answers for #5 are hilarious and spot on!
My Lil Sis,
Okay fair enough...it was your jeep first. But I saved that jeep from phone pole destruction. My Jeep was definitely aweseome-r while your's had a phone pole through its roof. Just sayin'...
Natalia,
Thank you :)
Hahahaha. I was doing the township a favor. That telephone pole was totally rotted through and needed to be replaced.
Love your answer to #5. Have a great weekend!
And once again... you crack me up! Loved your question to ask in the future and of course, that last one on #5 had me snorting my milk with my cereal. Love it!
I'm pretty sure sometimes even my husband doesn't know some of the first names ;)
So true on the POA!
Have a great weekend :)
I agree on knowing everyone's last name, but having no clue about the first & the whole "I love/hate the military" feelings. Thanks for stopping by, & the laughs!
