I'm sure you've heard by now Donald Trump is considering running for president in 2012. The thing is, I'm not thinking that's totally silly. Here's why...
1. He's got hard working, respectable kids. Look at Paris Hilton. Her parents are just as rich and she's a spoiled little party brat. Trump's kids could have been the exact same way, but instead they've chosen to be responsible adults and they probably learned that from their father.
2. He's a businessman. The United States government is basically a business and maybe it's time we had a businessman run the show. He's had his share of failures, but at a worth of over $2 billion he's definitely had his successes. Maybe the United States could benefit from that.
3. He's not a politician. Oh, I'm sure he's had to politic as he worked his way to the top, but maybe he's not jaded like so many politicians are nowadays.
4. I frequently agree with who he fires.
I haven't heard his position on all of the issues, so I'm not saying he's the best choice yet. However, I think he's at least worth listening to. What do you think? Trump for President - yay or nay?

I'd vote for him!
I agree. He's at least worth listening to.
I DO think its a good idea for someone who understands business to run government. Not sure I want that combover in office tho...
I'm thinking it can't get any worse.
Well, he would definately be better than what we have now. But I would need to know where he stands on a lot of issues before voting. Is he pro-life?
I agree Parsley. Can we trust his judgement when his judgement in hairstlyes is questionable? However, he keeps it that way even when he's been criticized over and over about it. So at least he is a man that stands behind his decisions.
He's a birther though, and I just think that is silly. Up until that bit of knowledge, though, I may have agreed with you.
I actually think right now I'd vote for him.
I am definitely interested in where he stands on issues. He's my top pick right now from who I've heard about possibly running. I told Mister that Canada is looking pretty nice - he wouldn't go for it haha. :)
