Any cool factor that you had established by having a convertible is totally lost the second you decide to put the top down, but keep the windows up.
No. No. There are no excuses for this.

So I was going to call this post "PSA:..." and make some stupid play on a PSA catchphrase. I went to Wikipedia to find a PSA slogan to use and I came upon one started in 2006 for the American Indian College Fund: If I Stay on the Rez. This just cracked me the flip up! The Rez. You can be from the hood, the 'burbs, and now, the Rez. *snort chuckle*

lmao! I'm from the Rez! Of course most of Oklahoma is in a "Rez" for some tribe. This is the first time I'm hearing that saying. But yeah, convertible drivers should not drive w/the top down and the windows up.
*snort* Silly person. Good try--but you have to commit all the way.
Lol. Wow. I hate when people do that too! Like wtf is the point??
Yeah I never got that! Why have a convertable if your just going to roll up windows? WAH!?! Good find:p
Hahahaha. I honestly don't really get the convertable? I don't feel the need to have the wind in my hair...to me it is just loud noise and inhaling car fumes. I guess I must be missing something.
Haha! Couldn't agree more! We went to Maui in March and rented an convertible and I had to do it just to see if it made a difference. It did not. It just made me feel like a middle-aged, bald, beer-belly man experiencing the mother of all mid-life crisis!
LOL why even have the top down?! :)
I used to have a convertible and HATED when I saw other people do that or when passengers in my car would do that! Honestly, there's no point in having a convertible then!
